Theresa Coleman

Theresa Coleman is the Principal Broker and owner of Coleman Group Realty. She has been an award winner for the past 3 years, receiving a platinum award in 2005. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative and a member of National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, a member of Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service and the Real Estate Information Network.

Theresa Coleman was born and raised in Malaysia and educated in English since childhood. Being bilingual, fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese) allows her to represent the Asian community as well. During her husband's military career, they moved many times. This enables her to understand the complexity of the military families and the challenges they face every time they relocate to another base. This motivates her to make sure their move is as stress free as possible. Theresa has the privilege to assist many military families at Langley AFB, Ft. Monroe, Ft. Eustis, Yorktown Naval Station and Norfolk Naval base sold or bought their homes.

Her family has been a resident of York County for over 20 years and is extremely familiar with York County, James City County, Williamsburg, Poquoson, Hampton, Newport News and Gloucester area.

Hello, my name is Angela Stippich. I have been residing in the Hampton/Newport News area since 1984. I recently left my 8 year job working at a veterinary clinic to pursue a career in real estate. I have always found it interesting how every home is unique and different. Adding that to my love of helping people drove me to this decision.
